Your hearing will be checked
Your Blood pressure will be checked
A referral may be necessary if there is something abnormal or additional info is needed
Operate a motor vehicle for interstate commerce with a
gross combination weight rating, gross vehicle weight
rating, or gross combination weight of over 10,000 pounds
Operate a motor vehicle designed to carry more than 15
people
Are paid to operate a motor vehicle designed to carry more
than eight people
Transport hazardous materials that required your vehicle to
be placarded
Pre-Employment Physical:

The doctor will also see that you pass a functional capacity exam for pre-employment
The doctor will see that you can climb, walk, pull a portion of weighted sleigh, lift and press 40 pounds and 70 pounds overhead
Access the range of motion in your body
Access the ability to pull down and up from a fixed position
These functional capacity can also be job or company specific
